Anne Duggan
Anne is responsible for Real Estate, Commercial & Financial Advisory within Groundup Advisory with a career spanning over 25 years in major infrastructure project development and delivery across the globe. Throughout her career, Anne has demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering major infrastructure projects across the globe. She is recognised for her ability to execute complex transactions, manage complex commercial and financial issues during delivery and structure transactions to maximise shareholder value through capital structuring.Anne has been a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele, including major development and construction businesses, State and Commonwealth Government agencies, asset portfolio owners and not for profit entities across the social services sector. She’s known for her strategic foresight, commercial acumen, and a deep commitment to innovative real estate and infrastructure solutions. Anne has extensive claims experience on some of the largest claims in Australia and is considered to be a market leader in transaction / bid development given her deep knowledge of the industry.
Prior to Groundup Advisory Anne worked as a Division Director at Macquarie Capital in Australia and Asia and as a Partner in KPMG’s Infrastructure division with responsibility for leading the development of the social infrastructure advisory business in NSW. Over the course of the last 25 years, Anne has developed and delivered hundreds of infrastructure and real estate projects, including privately financed projects. She is a market leading commercial and financial adviser in infrastructure project development and delivery and has extensive experience in leading major infrastructure bids. She is an expert in real estate project and social infrastructure project delivery and has worked with clients that span across all sectors of infrastructure, the not for profit sector, Commonwealth and State governments.
Anne commenced her career in investment banking working for Bankers Trust and has also worked with some of the largest infrastructure delivery business globally including Suez Environnement, Lendlease and CIMIC.
